Stabilization Demonstration

In this video, we used a GoPro mounted to the handlebars to view the GyroCam in action.  The video in the lower right is being taken from the cell phone attached to the mount.  As you can see, the cell phone remains level as the motorcycle moves leans back and forth.

Stabilized Swerving

This video shows a demonstration of video taken from a rigid camera mount while swerving.  The effect is somewhat nauseating as the camera view swings over and over again.  After the rigid demonstration, the video fades into a demonstration of the GyroCam stabilizing the view.  There is still some motion due to the yaw of the motorcycle, but the roll of the motorcycle is almost entirely eliminated.

Stabilized Cornering

This video also shows a rigidly mounted camera video followed by a stabilized version.  In the rigid version, the orientation is constantly changing and rolling back and forth.  In the stabilized version, the motorcycle can be seen rolling underneath as the camera orientation stays relatively constant.
